Lodging.com, number1hotels.com ripoff mistreated and ripped off

In feb of i booked a hotel in hawaii from lodging.com for two rooms and two double beds and when i called lodging.com 72 hours prior to our arrival they asured us everything was set.

When we arrived to our hotel our two rooms had two twin beds in each room, we called the lobby and they said they faxed lodging.com and told them there were no rooms with double beds and the hotel said there was nothing the hotel could do they told us to call lodging.com when we got back from our vacation. That left our two daughters sleeping on the floor for 8 nights.

I recieved a letter from the hotel saying they faxed lodging.com and i have the fax they sent lodging.com stating that. Yet lodging.com sent us our confirmation numbers for the hotel but left out, that the hotel dont have double beds. I also recieved a letter from the hotel stating... The new data ms budahn forwarded to us is all from lodging.com

Lodging.com failed to notify the guest of our lack of double beds. We apologize for there oversight-we have a excellent relationship with this company and will work to ensure that they do not make this error again.
