This company took $25.00 out of my checking account without my having any knowledge that they were doing so. They never sent me any notification, either in writing or by email. Because of it, I had several checks that were outstanding bounce, not the least of which were the bank charges that go with a bounced check.
When I called the company, they said it was for the item that was sent to me. I never received any item until three weeks later. Even though I called the company, I fear for what may happen to me in the future with them. I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one so that they would not have my numbers.
I originally got a letter from them in my email asking me if I would like $115 of cosmetics for $1 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. There was no mention of having to buy anything at a later date. You can imagine how shocked I was to have $25 taken out of my account not knowing whom it went to or for what. I guess I should be glad that they didn't take more money than that.
I have been very fortunate that as of this date, my bank has been very helpful in trying to solve the problems that they have caused me. Please do not buy from them!
