On April 9th or so I ordered 920 sq. Ft. Of flooring from this rip-off company. I was told the floor was in stock and would be shipped as soon as they recieved my check. I sent them a check for $2014 and waited to hear from them concerning shipment. After several calls to COLE who took my order, I was unable to get any answers except that the company they were to get my floor from went out of business so I wouldnt be getting my floor for another month. He said I could get a refund if I didn't want to wait.
Of course I would wait, after all I wanted the floor not my money back. The more I thought about his attiude the more upset I became. I called back and spoke to the BIG cheese Neal. He told me that the company that they were getting it from had gone "tits up"
