When i tried to call the 800 number to request refund after one year, of not being notified, the numbers were not working Columbus internet

I did not recieve any email notification on any jobs, it's been a year since i ordered the testing materials, i was not working at the time, a single parent with two kids, we trusted that i would be called for a job, church members help me get up the money to order the test, very upset to know that i have lost money on this product that scamed me and many others out of there money the way the economy is. I called to get my refund and none of the numbers were working, so i got on line and just as i thought a scam!!! I indeed want my money back.
