I have been going back and forth for the past five months with UCF financial aid office. I have been trying to make sure that I have all my paper work into the office and every time I go in they say I am missing something. I find myself turning in the same paper work 3 and 4 times to their financial aid office.
My complaint now is I contacted my lender to verify that I had everything in, this was May. My lender says everything is fine and told me my fund will be disbursed on May 21. I called my lender on May 21 to make sure the funds were disburse and they said yes it was sent to the school at midnight. I am upset because my classes started 3 weeks now and I am unable to study because UCF financial aid office stole my financial aid funds and now they are taking me for a loop and won't release my funds to me.
They won't give me a firm explanation as to way I am not getting my funds when the lender has disburse them the funds to them last month. I have seen a lot of school financial aid office get caught up in stealing students money and I think this is happening at the University of Central Florida.
My question is where did my money go???
