This company was not accomodating at all!
I did read the fine print and knew they were going to charge me after 10 day trial period. I sent an e-mail and tried to call. The phone lines never went through the day I was trying to call and after being out of town for a week I came back to find the e-mail I sent way before the 10 day period was up had never gone through. I tried to call and send them the return e-mail to prove that I had contacted them in time and they refused to work with me saying it was not there fault that they did not receive the e-mail and even though I could fax them the return e-mail showing I had contacted them they refused to give me any accomodation. This is not a company you want to work with there are plenty of other on-line courses out there that will be more accomodating. Take my advice buy it at Barnes and Noble at least than you know you can return it without any hassle!!!
