I called to order this product, and was quite explicit that I wanted the "free sample" only, however customer service tried to be very confusing-encouaging me to order more-I understand that is their job! During the course of the conversation I asked about their return policy-customer service said that I could just send the unused portion back and I wouldn't be charged! (Nothing about sending it back "certified mail".
I received A 60 day supply on 1-22-06 stating that my "free trial period" ended 4 days later (1-26-06) and that I would be charged $49.95! Also, that if I wanted to return it, I must call the company and get a "RMA" #, and return it via "registered"mail I called customer service and the rep. Said that she could put off the billing for 10 days! The ad said 30 days "free trial"! And that I could return it "certified" mail.
I elected to send it back "certified mail" Just BEWARE! If you order this "free sample" it will cost you a "small" S&H charge - $7.95, many phone calls, and return mail $4.23! Total=$12.00
