I signed up for Phoenix State University Weapons Teacher Company program on April 3. I never received any program supplies, just an unexpected email informing me to go to their

Website, which informs me to email them in the e-mil I simply emailed them at and also to visit their website

It goes round and round, and that I am ATTACHED! I CAN'T get anything-but THE email/visit our site/email/visit our website LIES. I suppose I Have dropped my $210.00 via my PayPal account on my American Express card.
