I paid $2250 to join UCC Total Home branch office at Middleburg Height, Cleveland on July for three years membership. I financed 36 payments with their company owned credit company. Totally I will have to paid $3392.04, which I am still paying every month.
My finance account was sold to another creditor after my first payment. The branch office closed after 3 months I joined the club. The parant company offered us two solutions. One is to transfer membership to another office 30 miles away, second is to use the their website on-line sales until a new office open in the same area.
The on-line services which I tried to use cannot replace 2000 catalogs in the branch office. The members can read the catalogs only in the office and at their opening hours. I would not like to drive 30 miles to look at the catalogs for shopping. I feel I was not given the services they promised when I joined the clud.
When I joined the club, I planned to buy furnitures with discount prices, but for three years I still waiting for their branch office near us to open again. With that big sum of membership fee, I would have bought a nice set of furniture.
I want the money back. Can anyone help?
