Our family and another couple were taken in and ripped off by this company offering fantastic travel deals. We joined at their representative agent's operation in Branson, Missouri in 1998. The owner of the Branson office was a Robert Swift who listed his address of Box 28881, #1 Bob Swift Rd. Valdez, Alaska 99686 (800-478-5050) The total loss by both couples was about $6,000.
Their Branson office closed soon after we joined. The closing of their office in Branson was Mr. Ender's main excuse that he is not responsibe for any loss of money by the members.
I just found out that the company is still operating which was a surprise to me. Almost everything that was presented in the sales talk concerning travel bargans was incorrect. We felt that the company and it's sales representatives in Branson were very guilty of fraudulent business practices.
We contacted several times the Attorney General of Michigan and found that many letters of complaint had been mailed to their office over the years and are probably still arriving and placed into the file they are keeping on Scot G. Ender. We also filed letters of complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Suite 130,207 Dixie Way North, South Bend, IN 46637-3360 where more letters of complaint had been received.
All of our complaining over the years did not seem to have an effect on Scot G. Ender and his business practices. Maybe this "consumer complaints" will be more successful. We still have all of our correspondence concerning this problem if anyone is interested.
