Tuition money from college student stolen for big business

This company is suppose to help parents pay tuition by monthly payments instead of lump sum payments.in their welcome packet they explain that there is a $40.00 registration fee. They also tell you there is a $50.00 late fee. I signed up for this my payments were 304.60 for 5 months. This totaled 1523.00.

I would keep getting overdue bill notices from this company. My bills were paid and I had canceled checks to prove it. No payment was late. When my fifth payment was paid I received an e mail from the university. They said my sons balance was due immediately of $570.60. I checked with Tuition management they had only paid the university $1114.80. After they charge a $50.00 service charge every month for your account. No where in the paperwork does it say anything about a service charge. Needless to say they ripped me off for $250.00.
This is a scam and I hope my report keeps someone else from being ripped off.
