I made a payment to this company electronically. This is a company set up so tuition can be paid in payments. They sent me a letter saying the account was not found and so I owe a 35.00 fee for returned payment. I maintain that if he account wasn't found, they should have notified me so I could correct the information before charging a fee. It's not that the money isn't there. They refuse to remove the fee. I can see this is the kind of company that will assess a fee every chance they get.
