Since EquiCredit and NationsCredit sold its portfolio to Fairbanks, as of April 1 ALL EquiCredit and Nations Credit loans will be serviced through the Fairbanks office in Jacksonville; same building and same staff as the EC and NC folks.
Currently Many States are reviewing many complaints against the gang of three.
