Ripoff dirty ripoff liars mistreated and ripped off victimized many consumers

I have received a collection letter from Bob West that works for this company stating I owe money from a debt that has been taken care of years ago. This man has called and is very rude and has sent several letters that has threatened my financial circumstances and my credit history. This company is a fraud and con artist people that work for them.
