Thi company sent me a letter stating that I owed them a debt of $8383.44. To which I responded with a letter stating that the debt was not mine, and that I had never had any dealings with them or the other named company (jayhawk).
The company called me after a few weeks later. They were told by me again that the debt was ot mine, the lady on the phone then became rude and abusive with me. I told her not to call my home anymore, she stated she would continue calling untill I decided to be a man and pay my bills. After I hung up she called a few minutes later and asked for me again, when I stated that I was him she hung up on me. Something should be done about this company, How can they be stopped?
