On March 26, I received a bill totaling $199.60 on my regular phone bill.integretel, Inc. 900 Pay-per-call Service was immediately called at 1-800-736-7500 and informed of the mistake on my bill. I spoke with Kimberly at Integretel and she said that my phone number isn't even in their database, nor is my internet dial-up number.
No one in my home made any calls to Alyon Tech... in fact no one was even at my home at the times I was billed for.integretel, Inc. Is assisting this Alyon Tech in ripping off countless individuals. They are very rude on the phone and seem used to complaints... They even speak in raised voices.
After getting nowhere from Integretel, Inc. Except a Fax #408-362-2874, I contacted my phone company directly. The person at the phone company also called this Integretel, Inc. On a 3-way call with me and also got the same runaround!
The phone company offered to fax the disputed bill to this company but Integretel, Inc. Said it would take at least 60 days to trace or whatever else they want to lie about. My phone company is willing to hold that part of my bill for 30 days and I can call again in 30 days and get another 30 day extension. I doubt they will resolve it in a timely manner since the individuals at Integretel, Inc. Were rude both times.
I will not and never intend to pay this bill or any others they sabotage my phone bill with. Apparently consumers have no rights as to what goes on their bill. I would be more than willing to assist anyone in a class action suit with this Alyon Tech.
