We just received our SBC phone bill in Friday's mail and there was a charge of $164.67 for two alleged phone calls to Alyon Tech. Both made on a Wednesday evening, 33 minutes total. We've never heard of this organization/company, and none of us (3 at home) have ever called this number, let alone visited any web site pertaining to them. The numbers were billed through an outfit called IntegreTel, when billed through Southwestern Bell. How do we nip this now, besides what we're already initiating? We have already contacted The Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint, I'm contacting SBC on Monday, and sending copies of everything to the office of the Kansas Attorney General. We refuse to allow someone to do this to us!
