I just recieved my QWest phone bill. On it was a charge for $24.95 to Alyon Tech. It was billed through a company called Integretel.integretel listed an 800# for questions. I called it and had the charges removed from my bill.
Since I had no idea who or what Alyon was I searched the net for their name and came up with this RipOff site. I was surprised with what I read. I searched my pc for the iedisco. Exe file and found it had been created the day the charges were supposedly incurred. I did not sign up for this service so I deleted it immediately.
I found no folders called e-group which was mentioned in the same report that mentioned the iedisco file.
If they were able to do this without my knowledge, am I safe to use the pc anymore? Thanks for your website. I also plan to notify all of those listed in one of the reports I read.
