I'm sick of these people. You can't get their TRUE IDENTITY, or where and who to file complaints with. Are we NOW supposed to file complaints against USCI in New Jersey? Alyon Technologies in New Jersey? These (censored) seem to have a way of "now you see us, now you dont." They are ALL SPINELESS COWARDS.
I've spent almost 2 months filing complaints with Georgia State Officials. After the TRUTH IS REVEALED, Detective David Cheek passes the buck and says "Alyon is in New Jersey and USCI does the billing for them." Where is USCI supposedly located? Secaucus, Norcross, Lakewood?
These (censored) invade our homes, privacy, lives, and NO ONE seems to give a flying rat's a*!
Alyon Technologies NOW passes the buck and says they do not provide the billing. At first they said, "We do not provide porn, we provide the billing for porn sites." What the h*ll do they provide? I know the answer - it's called "SOPHISTICATED MODEM HI-JACKING" and "COSTLY COMPUTER (censored)".

I sent an email to Mr. Dennis Elwell-Mayor of Secaucus on 1/29/03 regarding this (censored). I also emailed Gwinnett County Planning Commissioner-Lorraine Green on 1/29/03. I sent emails to Gwinnett County Planning Commissioners-Marcia and Diane on 2/07/03. I have NOT received a reply from ANY of the above.

I emailed Ms. Lillian Webb-Mayor of Norcross on January 28. She replied the next day stating, "I apologize, but unfortunately, Alyon Technologies is one of many businesses located in unincorporated Gwinnett County that has a Norcross mailing address, but that does not extend the authority of the Norcross Elected Officials or the Norcross Police Department."
You people need to face these facts:

Alyon claims, "The Internet is an ADULT tool only, not meant for children." The President of the United States said, "Seventy-five percent of the children in the United States have Internet access." Now you tell ME who's RIGHT and who's WRONG!
In President Bush's speech in regarding online safety, he stated, "We're taking aggressive steps to protect children from exploitation and victimization. Our nation has made this commitment: ANYONE who targets a child for harm will be a primary target for law enforcement. Anyone who takes the life or innocence of a child will be punished to the full extent of the law."
Alyon Technologies and eGroup are intentionally targeting children and teens with their deceptive, self-downloading/installing 'pop-up' ads and emails. They should be a primary target for law enforcement, and punished to the full extent of the law.
Someone needs to take aggressive steps to stop Alyon Technologies and eGroup, before many more INNOCENT AMERICAN FAMILIES fall prey to this criminal (censored).

I'll probably get replies from Gwinnett County Officials, now that they've passed the buck, telling me that Alyon Technologies is not under their jurisdiction, and I need to contact the New Jersey Officials.
I don't care if they call themselves Alyon, eGroup, USCI, TelCollect, or Bolivar Shagnasty. I don't care if they are located in Norcross, Secaucus, Lakewood, or Tim-Buck-To. They'll not get one penny from me to help finance their "pornographic criminal (censored)" and (censored) ACTIVITIES.
