Ripoff

They sent me a letter in the mail saying I was 100% guaranteed to have a $5000 dollar credit on a credit card. Just send them $49.00 for rush delievery. They said I had no interest for 1 year. I sent them a money order for $49.00. And I got a card with my name on it. It don't even work.
