Consumer fraud ripoff

AT&T led to massive amounts of stress from the verbal abuse during long hours on the phone with rude service reps consumer fraud ripoff Saginaw Michigan...

After two years of fighting AT&T over being charged $2.58 per minute for state-to-state calls that I thought were $. 05 per minute, I finally could not take the stress anymore and was advised by friends to cut my losses and just pay the bill that I didn't owe.

I got on the Internet looking for a possible Class Action Suit against AT&T that I could join because I didn't have the strength, money, or know-how to fight them alone, but was unsuccessful.

Still today, about two years later, I get stressed when an AT&T commercial comes on. I especially get upset when the 1-800-CALLATT commercials come on T.V. Because believing the lies on those commercials is what started my AT&T trouble and the commercials remind me of all that the company put me through emotionally. I literally have to mute the T.V. And look away or change the channel to avoid getting distressed when those commercials air.

Details of my ordeal are too lengthy to express here and it is too upsetting to think about what happened all over again.

Before the AT&T trouble, I was slammed by MCI and had to fight all the way to the Public Service Commission. Then there were two years of AT&T stressors, followed by several months of fighting a VERIZON ripoff. I got rid of long distance completely for a while and though I have it now, I am getting outrageous charges just to have a phone under Centurytel. I am contemplating getting rid of my phone altogether, but have kept it for emergencies. I don't know what to do anymore.
