Ripoff fraudulent billing in excess of $90.00 Norcross Georgia

Received a bill from the above mentioned for $94.81. I have never used these people online or otherwise.

They have my brother in-law on the bill as the user and my telephone number as the one being used.

My brother in-law does not even know how to use a computer and he also does not live with me.

They are threatening to use legal means to get me to send them the money. I refuse to do that!
