Unauthorized credit card billing for no known service or product ripoff

Suddenly appearing on my credit card bill as of 2/21.

I purchased nothing from ANY on line service and when I called my Credit Card Company I was informed that they see this Company several times per week with fraudulent billing.

They cannot (or will not) take any action until I have communicated with this " Company" to get them to withdraw the charge.

I will, of course, make that attempt
