If you have read any of the other dissatisfied reports... THEY ARE ALL TRUE!
I am currently still paying for their website 3 months into their program and after I made my first complaint because they were all telling me to do something different and one guy came right out and told me just to forget about fixing a major problem with my site. Now they have stopped all communication with me... Just because I complained! Though I was supposed to receive 7 months tutoring, I have only received 3. Is this not fraud???
I have five children and we all know how hard it is to make ends meet. I paid all of my savings to them in hopes of starting a new business. They PROMISED I would have my business up and running within 3 to 4 months. They told me I was making an investment and GUARANTEED me I would make my money back within that time frame if I was willing to put in 10 - 15 hours a week. For 2 months straight including most weekends I worked from 8 am to 9 pm everyday. My site was complete all but for a major error in shipping information which they had to correct for me. I was told something was "broken" and just to forget about it by a nasty and rude technician who didn't want to help me from the start. So then I complained and they will not respond back. Who ever wrote the editorial saying that thrive does whatever they can to help you and resolve customer complaints has not really done their research.
I am STILL paying these people and they are not communicating with me at all! Again I ask is this not FRAUD?
