I joined this company in the ending of May. My initial payment was $568 and has been increased to $683.in December they failed to pay all of my bills though they had received my money order in time.
After asking them of the missed payments, they said they had a bank glitch though all the creditors were notified of this. When I asked for a copy of this letter they said they couldn't give me one.
One of my creditors called them directly because she missed 2 months of payments and she was never told of this bank glitch. She was able to get a copy of the letter and mailed me one.
In January my payments were late again so therefore late fee's got tacked on to my accounts. Some of them dropped my proposals and needed to have my monthly payment increased by $68. When I told Jeff I wanted out of the program he said because I did not successfully complete the program I need to forfeit my initital payment which at that time I never knew it was not used to pay your bills for the first month.
I don't know how they expect me to successfully complete the program when they can't seem to deliver the services they say they will. I consider it a breach of contract when they failed to make my monthly payment within the 30-day cycle like they stated in the contract.
I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center and am looking into filing a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested in contacting me can do so.
I need names, papers, contracts, anything to slam these guys. My credit has been shot to hell believe it or not and I recently pulled up a credit report and saw it slide the same time I joined Express.
