You know maybe they are within their legal rights, I do not know. But yes I have had a card nearly maxed out there (I've had the card for 5-6 years) anyhow with the interest of the next month charges it has put it over the limit. I then get a $30 fee for over limit. It may be legal but doesn't seem right. I have called them and they said no neogitation on this.
