I was shocked to find all of the complaints against cross country bank when i found this site. I thought i was just one in a million having a little bad luck with the company. How can this be happening in america? We have consumer's rights. The same thing has been happening to me. I have never missed a payment, yet i keep getting harrassing calls and a higher balance. I have sent letters in writing and they say they haven't received them - so i fax them, yet according to them, they still haven't received them. No one wants to talk about the discrepencies. I have been receiving late charges and over the limit fees each month. I don't know how they have been getting away with this for so long. Contact the federal reserve bank now if this is happening to you. If you can afford it - seek legal advice.
