When a company goes so far as to cash your check and accept your money, they are obligated to send you the product you payed for.
Well Communications Publishing does not agree with that. They cashed my check sent on November 4th and as of February 4th they have not sent the product or contacted me in any way.
I had forgotten about it until my husband asked me about it so I looked back in the check book and sure enough the check had cleared, but no product.
I did not know how to get in touch with them because I did not know what I had done with the papers they sent me to order from.
Well, while I was getting things together to do my taxes, I found the papers with their address and name on it in the box with all of my tax papers.
I call information and got a number and of course the recorded message gave me no chance to talk with a human. It just reassured me that the post office is slow and I will receive my product in 3 or 4 weeks. It's been 3 months!
They also put in the message a statement regarding returns of books will be quickly refunded. Maybe they want people to hear that to make them feel confident that they really are a legitimate business.
I though it was a good product and I trusted the company. If anyone else has been ripped off, don't keep it to yourself, file a report to help others and maybe bring these ripoff companies to justice.
