Rip-off I ordered a pair boots November 19th they cashed my check November 27th I still have not received the boots

I ordered a pair of winter boots November 19th. The Company cashed my check November 27th. I have tried calling the number they have listed. It's either busy or no one answers it. They say give them 6-8 weeks to ship. The eight weeks are up. I still don't have my boots. Also I'm moving to a new address so I wrote them a letter. No results yet.
