Approximately, November 8 I ordered winter boots for my husband and I noticed that the bank cashed my check so I figured the delivery would be soon. It is January 8 and I have not received any corespondance from this company at all. I thought with christmas and the holidays that was probably the hold up but I don't think so. I found the catalog that I ordered from and I noticed that there isn't a phone number or web address for this company so I went online to search for the company and it brings me up to The consumer complaints and behold the company I am waiting to deliver these winter boots is at the top of the rip-off list. Please let me know what is being done or what I can do to get the boots or my $19.95 back, this is the most horrible thing I have ever seen. Thank you for you help.
