I'm suing ctu next week in federal court for the following reasons:
I am a senior at CTU and I can honestly tell you that I made a mistake. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would never attend CTU.
1) Many of the teachers are incompetent.
2) The grading practice is subjective and fluctuates like the wind without any true and solid grading methodology.
3) Teachers have fraudulently back dated grades
4) I've had a teacher fraudulently post grades for assignments that were never handed in.
5) Upon information and belief, CTU avoids the more objective multiple choice question exams because many students fail them and CTU cannot collect tuition from students who fail.
6) Misled about how prior credits would be credited to me
7) Misled about the cost of the degree and only after I enrolled did CTU start adding additional classes to my curriculum that significantly increased the cost.
8) CTU refused to give me medical leave, which caused me to fail six classes that they charged me for.
My 2 years at CTU has given me the evidence to prove many claims against them. Specifically, I have evidence to prove that their teachers have regularly committed fraud in back dating grades and submitting grades for assignments that were never handed in.
I feel that the worth of any degree is the worth a prospective employer places on it. If I was an employer, I would not hire anyone from CTU if the degree was important.
