On May 16th JRP received $5900. From us for classes for our daughter. Like many of the stories before ours, My daughter heard about the possibility of becoming an important star. We went and sat through the 30 minute pitch, had a 10 minute interview and were told to call back the next day. We did and went to see them to talk about our daughters future.
We signed up, payed the money, and waited to hear when the classes would start. The class was scheduled to begin June 16th the week before we canceled following the protocol described by the managing directer Jordan Loehner for canceling the class. We have been waiting for the refund ever since.
Multiple calls have not been returned, including tonight. Several emails have been sent, they have been answered but still no refund. The contract that we signed calls for a refund to be returned with in 30 days obviously it has been over 90 days and still no refund. It looks as though they have stolen our money that we gave them in good faith. We intend on filing charges for theft.
