This company is the rudest company i have ever had to deal with. First they dont ask for u to hold they just transfer you to another person. The 2nd perosn is ruder then the 1st person. They try to get you with the "fine print". Even when u provide them with all the info that they have asked for they still wont release you. I signed up for 1 year. Once my year was almost up i called to double check to make sure of the date they adved that i signed up for 2 years. I advised that is not true they then said that on your contract there is a automatic renewal.
I adved i didnt sign up for that. That wasnt even a choice when i signed my son up for karate at taylor hayden wado karate in goodlettsville, tn. I signed him up for 1 year and 1 year only becasue we didnt know if he would like it or not. I am very concerned now after reading these bad reviews and reports on this educational funding company. Only time will tell if this story has a happy ending.
