My story is identical to many others I have read. I was forced into a chapter 13 by the MoneyStore and now after paying my Chapter 13 off I am being billed by HomEq for attorney fees i never incurred, I have been accused of missing payments, being late, etc., etc. Each time I show proof they are wrong each time it happens again. My question is why are we not all joining togethe to file a class action lawsuit against this company and shut them down.
