In September $54.90 was taken from my checking account. I immediately called the toll free number for Global-phonelinx and informed them that I had ordered nothing through them and wanted a refund immediately. I was promised that a refund would be credited to my account within 6-8 weeks. It's now 3 months later and I still haven't received a refund, and not only haven't I received a refund, but when I call the phone number that I have I get a recording and it says Thank you for calling customer service. We are experiencing technical difficulties at this time, please try your call back later. I have received this same message for the last 2 weeks.
