Ics deducted $257 from my checking account october 2. I have not received anything from them and have called them about 5 times. They say everytime that it has been mailed. I was in need of a credit card to help my mom and dad. My dad has leukemia and is not doing well. They are getting ready to do a bone marrow transplant and they have no money. I thought i could get the credit card to help them out a little. I know now that this place is just a fraud. I dont understand how people in this world can do things like this.
