Jai Baines and Restoration Hair-Big Scam. I spoke with Mike the very day after getting my free shampoo and serium. I asked again what it cost for my free stuff. He told me 7.95. He put a packaging slip in it. I then was told to go and link and see I bought it to try out for 14 days. It didn't appear on the link. I have a copy that states it is free. That is where it should of stated free for a trial period. It didn't. He put me on a bogus auto shipping as well. I made them send me an email to never use my credit number again and take me off this bogus auto shipping. The day after receiving the parcel I also told Mike if I want anything in future, after my free supply is done, I'll call. I also said right then and there never to use my card number again. About 2 weeks later my card was billed 67.95. No explanation-no invoice. His web site keeps changing. The web site also has been taked down where he claims he has 1.2 million satisfied customers. What a big lie.in the email that I made them send, they said they would never contact me again, unless I contacted them. I received a call from them April 28th. L My husband took the call and advised them we were on the dnc list.
