Ordered over the phone and received three books - paid by credit card - and they offered a monthly 'newsletter' which I declined. Received the books and ever since a debit against my credit card for 9.95 (eight months) without permission or receiving any additional material/product. When I called them they said I was receiving the material through the Internet (to which I do not own or use a computer*). They then said I was receiving it through the mail which was not the case either. They then said, "Sorry we can't help you!" Having gone to all of the local authorities with no luck (except another # to call on a wild goose chase). Notified Credit Card company - and they indicated nothing they could do until I told the company to stop. Still waiting for the Credit Card Co. To do anything.
PS - would like the company to refund my $79.60 that they stole (knowingly) from me!
