Sales reps deceive you into believing things contrary to fine print Terms of Service. Fraud? You decide.in the middle of 8 PAGES of fine print Terms of Service with 47 items, #29 says they get to retain 50% of your funds even if you cancel the next day and havent sent them any content and they havent begun to work on it. This can be hundreds of dollars!!!
Wouldnt you agree that something so important should not be buried in the middle of 8 pages of fine print???
The sales rep, when I told her I was going to buy my domain at Godaddy for $10 said, why buy your domain through Godaddy for $10, we will buy your domain FOR YOU as part of your package, but then they buy it in THEIR NAME and if you want it you can buy it from them for $50! Deception? Fraud? Misrepresentation? You decide.
Then when you catch them and try to cancel theyll delay several days before telling you what theyre going to do IF they do anything and theyll steal/keep 50% of your Total Cost EVEN IF THEY DIDNT DO ANY WORK ON YOUR SITE!!!
This one consumer feels he was deceived.
