My credit card had been misuse by individual who did not have authorization and Biotab guarantee that all I had to do is send the product back and I would get my money back. I have been back and forward with this company for 2 and a half months and I've been getting the same responds from Biotab Reps, "Try back in another week because it's not in our system that you returned the product". I have a one year old that I have to raise, I don't have money or time to waste on this company to take what I work hard for. This has to be a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, because I was the viticim and this company treated me like the crimnal that they are.
