I ordered the trial offer box of Alteril from this company. I received the box five days later. The first night I took the product it made me sick so I called the next day to cancel any future shipments. The jerk I talked to would not give me his name or a confirmation number for the cancellation. He was very rude and gave me hell about cancelling so soon. I received another box 2 days later and was charged 36.90.
I called the company again and they said that they had no record of my cancellation. This time it was a woman and she also would not give me her name or a confimation number. The packing slip said to send the unopened product back for a refund. I did so and when I called to check the status they (Biotab Neutricuticals) said that the box was empty so I would not get a refund. I have receved 6 boxes since then and had countless fights on the phone with these people. I changed my credit card account number and somehow they keep charging me.
This is a boldfaced nationwide scam and they are doing it to millions of people. Read more testimonials at infomercialscams.com. Biotab Neutricuticals needs to be stopped! I have filed a complaint with FTC, and hopefully more people will do the same so we can shut down this sleezy operation.
