I ordered a free sample and then after recieveing it, i then recieved a charge for over $70 and recieved another bottle. All with out my request or desire. No phone number included and no invoice Orem utah

Was charged 79.95 for a bottle of hoodiafen that I didn't order and they have my credit card number. I made numberous attempts to resolve this with them and they keep tell me they can't find my order. I just want the charges reversed and I want to return the unopen bottle of hoodiafen that was shipped to me. There was no invoice or phone number where you can contact or cancel anything.
