Sample ordered. Free, but postage was charged. 2 weeks later I got unsolicited bottle which I did not order! Utah

I ordered a sample bottle of ACai Berries, & was advised to only pay the s&H. 2 weeks later, today, 9/23/08, a larger bottle was sent to me 60 capsules. Since I did not order these, I feel there is a shady past with the company. I can not locate a telephone or a street address. I am really ticked and I want to know what I can do.
