The guy scouted me at my school, CSU-Long Beach. I attended the meeting that night and they made an appointment for the second interview for that following Saturday. The guy ended up calling me during the next week and apologized for taking so long to get back to me. He conducted the interview and said I was perfect for it. He said then that he would charge my card and my picture would be posted on their website.
He also gave me information, such as a username, password, and ID# so I could access my personal portfolio on their site. None of these worked. I have tried to call them and I get a full mail box message then it hangs up. So I am convinced that they are ripping me off. I need help to get my money back though. I paid for it by my bank debit card, and so far they have charged the first months' maintenance fee and the $595 initial fee.
I dont know how to take care of legal matters like these so I need some guidance. I would appreciate if one of you could contact me personally 858-254-4265 and give me advice on how to get my full refund. I need that money to eat so it is important that I get it ASAP, I am a "starving student" so I really need that money. Thank You for opening my eyes.
