I placed and order for a Western Digital 100gb 7200 rpm hdd. However, when I received the drive it was what is referred to as an OEM version (no documentation, hardware, software, etc.).
I contacted Accubyte and they refused to make good on the problem. They issued an RMA and I returned the drive.
However, my credit card was not credited with the full amount. Accubyte charged me a restocking charge for their error.
