Letter Claims Debt on AAFES Eagle Plastic Card I Never Had

Received a letter stating I owe them money on a credit card by the name of AAFES Eagle Plastic. I have never had nor applied for this card. I have sent them at least $150. They are not affiliated with the credit card under the name of AAFES in which I do owe. This company has nothing to do with AAFES.
