I was calling in a payment when my card was declined. I knew something was wrong because i had deposited more than the amount needed for the bill. I called the bank and spoke to a representative who gave me a report on the last ten transaction on my account.
Shopping essential came up three times. I dont know this company and never did any business with this place. The first one they noticed was on 1/18/08 for $1.00, next one 1/29/08 for $99.75 and the most recent was on 4/3/08 for $19.95. I was shocked and need to know what to do at this point.
They gave me a toll free number which did not work. The number i have is 888-999-0564.
