Hearst Corp denies payment even though provided with bank statement proof. They double charged methrough the years for a cosmo girl subscription

I have been harrased with bills and letters over the years stating non payment although subscription was always paid for. I even sometimes paid numerous times: (not anymore paid in Oct. For 1 year of Cosmo girl and am still being hassled. I sent numerous letters stating that sub. Was paid. I even provided proof. Now bills have become more frequent. Hearst Corp are a rip off!
