This company has ripped off lot of people. False promises and lies about financials. Nick Bayer who is claiming to be many years experience of the coffee industry was salesman for pharmasutical company before his uncle Greg Bayer and john Larson brought him to Saxbys coffee, Inc as president. Everything reported by Sal In scotsdale, AZ is true about this company. They lied to all Area Developer's in CA, sold and took money from them when they were not registerd in CA, That was one reason that Sate of CA Baned and fine them.
Nick Bayer who brought his parents to this company who had bankcrupt Bakery business before. He fired his Uncle Greg Bayer (who gave him this Job), threanted and mistreated all the franchisee and AD's who were signed by Greg Bayer or john Larson. He refuse to give any details of the sale of the Saxbys Coffee, Inc to any share Holders. Store are beeing closed in many state due to no support from the corporate and company is suing the poor franchisee for loss of income becuase they close the store. (very Funny)
Any one thinking about doing business with Saxbys Coffee, Please please research and check with all the SOS before. Its a ripoff, do not waste your money. Most of us have lost our life saving with this company.
