Recently I attended a trading seminar in the Holiday Inn in Cherry Hill. The presentation was very entertaining and slick. However, the information given regarding investing, trading, use of stock options and guarantees was misleading at best and more probably fraudulent. I am certain if the SEC was privy to the content of the seminar they would be VERY upset.
I have over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. While I am no longer in that industry, I know a great deal about the subject matter involved. I feel bad people are being duped by the "promises" being offered. I did not subscribe to their program.By doing so, I am sure I saved $4,000.
I attended the seminar in the first place at the request of my wife who expressed interest in learning more about trading and stocks. She is not educated in matters of the sort and would have been sucked in had I not been there.
